Rebated system. Door leaf: softwood frame covered on both sides with HDF boards. Special Pol-Skone filling. Nominal leaf thickness 50 mm (Rw = 32 dB).

Smooth painted, veneered, covered with CPL laminate (0.2 mm to 0.7 mm), HPL laminate (0.7 mm to 1 mm) or wood-like foil. Available finishes made from decorative profiled strips, aluminium decors.

FR EI30 Entrance & Security Doors Door | Fire-Rated EI30
Pol-Skone rebated fire-rated doors (FR EI30) with or without sidelights and toplights. Intended for use as interior entrance doors in residential, collective housing, public utility and industrial buildings, closing openings in internal walls, between stairwells or corridors and rooms. The leaf is in the rebated system. The leaf construction consists of a softwood frame covered on both sides with HDF boards. The filling is a special Pol-Skone construction. Nominal leaf thickness is 50 mm for doors with Rw = 32 dB.
