Construction
Rebated system. Door leaf: softwood frame clad on both sides with HDF boards, special Pol-Skone filling. Nominal leaf thickness 50 mm (Rw = 32 dB). Fire resistance class EI30, mechanical strength class 3 (PN-EN 1192:2001).
Surface
Smooth surface: painted, veneered, covered with CPL laminate (0.2-0.7 mm), HPL laminate (0.7-1 mm) or wood-effect foil. Decorative profiled-strip finishes and aluminium decors are also available.

FR EI30 Entrance & Security Doors Door | Fire-Rated EI30
Pol-Skone rebated fire-rated doors (FR EI30), available with or without side and top lights. Designed for use as interior entrance doors in residential, multi-family, public and industrial buildings, closing openings in internal walls between stairwells or corridors and rooms. The leaf uses the rebated system, built from a softwood frame clad on both sides with HDF boards and filled with a special Pol-Skone construction; nominal leaf thickness is 50 mm, achieving Rw = 32 dB. Available with painted, veneered, CPL/HPL laminate or wood-effect foil surfaces, with EI30 fire resistance and class 3 mechanical strength.
