Leaf filling is a honeycomb core or open-cell chipboard (surcharge option), fully covered with HDF board. The system is equipped with precision installation and leaf-adjustment fittings (depth-of-recess adjustment, leaf position adjustment relative to the door box +/- 2.5 mm in height), a removable buffer beam allowing leaf replacement, a full seal set, guides, and ball-bearing rollers. Standard PN EN 14351-2 (leaf). National Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2020/1281, issue 1 (sliding system). System prepared for plasterboard walls 100 or 125 mm thick.
Surface
Color range same as PORTA HIDE doors: lacquered finish (base coat, UV Premium, UV Premium Plus), synthetic veneer, or natural veneer (Select Mat, Naturalna).

A frameless (door-box-free) sliding door system that requires no door box or masking trim installation - only the leaf remains visible in the finished opening. The system is made of aluminum profiles, suitable for plasterboard partitions or solid brick walls, and works with 40 mm thick leaves. Color range matches PORTA HIDE doors. The complete-set price includes the construction cassette and the leaf.
