Construction
Rebated system. Door leaf frame made of softwood, covered on both sides with HDF boards. Filling: solid or perforated chipboard. Nominal leaf thickness: 46 mm. Mechanical class II; durability 20,000 opening cycles.

Smooth painted, veneered, covered with CPL laminate 0.2 mm or 0.5 mm, HPL laminate from 0.7 mm to 1.0 mm, or wood-grain foil.

G46 Reinforced Doors Door
Doors designed for investment projects, optionally adapted for concealed door closer (single-leaf doors), electric strikes with cable feed-through, and semi-automatic bolts cooperating with door closers equipped with closing sequence regulation (double-leaf doors). Door leaf in rebated system. The leaf construction consists of a softwood frame covered on both sides with HDF boards. The filling is a solid or perforated board. Nominal door leaf thickness is 46 mm.
