Smooth surface, painted, veneered, covered with CPL laminate 0.2 mm or 0.5 mm, HPL laminate 0.7,1.0 mm thick, or wood-effect foil. Stainless steel edge covers on leaf edges are not available; aluminium decors are not available in the TYP B version.

Single-leaf soundproof technical doors in the rebated system; the DUO version in the non-rebated system is available single- or double-leaf with a fixed or adjustable wooden DUO door box. The leaf construction consists of a softwood frame covered on both sides with HDF boards; the filling is solid chipboard (TYP A) or a special POL-SKONE construction (TYP B), with a drop-down seal as standard. Sound insulation from Rw 27 dB (TYP A) up to Rw 37 dB (TYP B), depending on the type and door box. Mechanical class 2 (medium duty conditions), National Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2021/2041 ed. 1.
